My client, an established and reputable interiors subcontractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who ideally has had previous experience working in the drylining market.
This company has a focus on delivering commercial projects ranging from £50k - £2.5m and specialise in such services as; drylining, plastering, ceilings, & partitions.

They have an enviable client base including many of the leading principle fit out contractors.
This has afforded them the privilege of working on some of the most prestigious commercial fit out projects in Central London.
In line with their expansion they are building a highly professional, skilled, and driven team in order to ensure excellence in their delivery of high quality finishes for each package.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Project account management
• Variations
• Monthly applications
• Bill of Quantities
• Material and Labour budgets
• Monthly cost reporting

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Ideally would have previous experience working for a construction sub-contractor such as - Drylining, Carpentry, Joinery, Brickwork, Facades, etc
• At least 5+ years experience working as a QS
• A degree is highly desirable but not essential.
• Good communication skills and presentable appearance. 
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, including direct contact with our clients. 

Quantity Surveyor Package:

• Salary up to £75k (depending on experience)
• 21 Days Annual Leave (This will increase 1 day each year of service up to a maximum of 28 Days) 
• Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown (max 3 days) are in additional to the 21 days
• Discretionary Bonus paid annually in Oct and after 1 full years’ service
