My client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.

They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their low staff turnover.

Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London, with contract values in the city ranging up to £20m.

My client are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a number of upcoming projects located throughout prime central London.
Initial projects range from £4m - £8m in contract value, creating prestigious residences of the highest quality.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record along with stable careers working on various high end residential projects for prime residential main contractors.
This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
