• Typical contract values for their London projects range up to £25m.

The Position

• Seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their London division.
• To have involvement in 1-3 projects with valued between £4m and £15m.
• You will be mentored by a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor with many years of Prime Residential project experience.
• Great opportunity to work in a very well respected commercial team and develop your career accordingly.

They are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, however candidates will need to be able to display career stability, and must have prime residential project experience.
