The Projects

• They have a rare opportunity for a site/project manager to join the team.
• The project you will manage is a refurbishment of a single dwelling residence in Kensington.
• The project will entail structural works and fit out to an extremely high spec.

The Opportunity

• Reporting to a roving Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will have day to day responsibility for managing the site.
• They are seeking an knowledgeable and dynamic character who can ensure optimal performance of the site team and subcontractors.
• This is a great opportunity to manage very high quality prime residential projects, within a nurturing team who offer their staff every opportunity for career development.
• Experience of prime residential projects is essential.
