A privately owned main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality prime residential projects is seeking a proven Senior Project Manager.

This company, based in South West London, specialises in the construction and refurbishment of luxury properties in London’s most prestigious areas. Their projects often include complex basements, structural renovations, and luxury internal fit-outs. They have a highly skilled in-house team and a close knit, collaborative working culture.

The Project

The position is for a £10m refurbishment project in Holland Park, involving:

• Complex basement construction, including piling, underpinning, and top-down construction.
• High spec luxury fit-out.

The project will require strong leadership and management through all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the project, reporting directly to senior management.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring all project requirements are met.
• Overseeing programming, planning, and delivery to meet key milestones.
• Coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the project.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing prime residential projects of a similar size and complexity.
• Strong client facing skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Excellent organisational and programming abilities.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to managing high specification works.
