The Opportunity

• They have an opportunity for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to lead a very high end refurbishment
• Single dwelling prime residential residence
• The overall project has a contract value of £10m+
• Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will have day to day responsibility as the No.1 on site
• They are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic character who can ensure optimal performance of the site team and subcontractors
• This is a great opportunity to lead a high spec project, within a nurturing team who offer their staff every opportunity for career development

Although they are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, candidates will need to be able to display career stability, and must have prime residential project experience.
