The Project Director / Contracts Manager Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced Project Director or Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of high-value prime residential projects in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading multiple projects simultaneously or overseeing a large-scale project with values up to £20m.
• Managing all phases of projects, including pre-construction, delivery, and post-completion.
• Programming projects using Power Project or similar software.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while liaising with site teams, consultants, and other construction professionals.
• Overseeing high-spec finishes and ensuring the exceptional quality that defines this contractor.

With a robust pipeline of work, the successful candidate will take on a pivotal leadership role within the business, supporting and mentoring project teams while driving overall project success.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will have:

• Proven experience in Project Director or Contracts Manager roles, delivering prime residential projects of a similar scope and value.
• A strong track record in overseeing projects with exceptional quality finishes.
• A stable career history with reputable contractors.
