We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a up and coming company within the interiors sector. They are an interior fit out and drywall industry who have over 10 years of experience in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in drywall or sub-contracting to join a dynamic and growing team, working on a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for tenders.
• Oversee the procurement process, including issuing contracts and managing sub-contractor agreements.
• Monitor project progress, assess changes, and ensure that financial records are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and health & safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in drywall or sub-contracting.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, costing, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
