Quantity Surveyor - Drywall Contractor - Chelmsford, Essex

My client are a reputable drylining company who have been established for over 10 years. With a turnover of £10m, they are looking to continue this growth in the next coming years. They have a very wide range of project portfolio including Education, Commercial, Residential & Healthcare.

As they experience a large amount of growth, they are looking for an experienced drylining quantity surveyor to join a growing team to allow the business to progress further.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

• Project account management
• Variations
• Monthly applications
• BlueBeam take-off software
• Bill of Quantities
• Material and Labour budgets
• Monthly cost reporting

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Ideally would have previous experience in the drylining market as a QS
• At least 3+ years experience working as a QS
• A degree is highly desirable but not essential.
• Good communication skills and presentable appearance. 
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, including direct contact with our clients. 

Quantity Surveyor Package:

• 20 days paid annual leave plus 2 weeks at Christmas
• Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
