Senior Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential
Location: Central London (Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, The City)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (Senior QS)
About the Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors to join a well established construction contractor specialising in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London and the Home Counties.
Projects typically range in value from £10m to £30m, including Grade I and II listed properties, delivering stunning results in some of the UK’s most exclusive locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing 2-3 concurrent projects, depending on size and complexity.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Working both on-site (2-3 days per week) and from the office (remaining days).
- Collaborating closely with project teams to manage procurement, valuations, and cost reporting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the prime residential sector.
- Strong understanding of high value refurbishment and fit out projects.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
