• My client is a c.£20m t/o construction main contractor who specialise in projects for both public and private sector clients.
• Projects may include education (schools and universities), commercial, social housing and residential D&B, NHS and Care Homes projects.
• Projects range between £2-8m in value.
• Privately owned friendly collaborative team established for c20 years
• Financially secure with a busy pipeline of contracts
• Employee friendly, supportive of career growth, with a low staff turnover

Role Requirements

• Min 5 years experience as a Planner or Senior Planner
• Stable career history (i.e. not changing job every year) to demonstrate commitment to employers
• New Build/ Refurb  or Fit Out experienced preferred - not for housing developers
• Be able to travel to sites in London and M25 Centric.
