They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious £20m+ refurbishment project of a delightful country home for a private client.

The Role

The successful candidate will take sole responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of the £20m project, with responsibility for two intermediate level QSs.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and cost management are effectively handled.
This role provides the chance to take ownership of a substantial project, supported by a collaborative and experienced construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of the £20m project.
• Procurement and contract administration for packages.
• Cost control, valuations, and reporting to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Collaborating with the project team to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high end residential or luxury projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
