Site Supervisor / Site Manager
Roofing and Affordable Housing Planned Maintenance 
Surrey/Berks borders region

My client is one of the leading planned maintenance and affordable housing refurbishment contractors in the South of the UK.

Due to a recent and exciting long term project win, they are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to manage a £3.5m per year roofing contract.

My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Roofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.

Job specification:

Site Supervisor / Manager to work on dwellings in the Surrey/Berks borders (i.e Addlestone, Chertsey, Egham region).

·                  Roof replacements/ repairs / maintenance

·                  Must be capable of working in fast-paced environment

·                  Responsible for material ordering/delivery, managing roofing gangs, snagging, sign-offs, defects, weekly reports to site manager. 

·                  Must be IT literate. (Using Excel, Outlook, SafetyCulture)

·                  Roofing experience is essential

·                  Experience working with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred

·                  SSSTS / First Aid / CSCS
