The Company

A well established high end residential contractor with a strong presence in Oxfordshire is expanding its operations with a new office to better service the region. With a reputation for delivering exceptional projects, they specialise in bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds. Their continued growth has created the need for a Regional Contracts Manager / Operations Manager to lead their construction team in the area.

The Opportunity

This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing the new office, embedding company systems, and building a strong team. Reporting to the senior leadership, they will manage project teams, implement rigorous procedures, and ensure operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all projects within the region
• Lead and develop the construction team, providing guidance and structure
• Influence company systems and procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results
• Monitor project progress, financials, and risk management, reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld across all sites

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a senior contracts manager or operations management role within high end residential construction is prerequisite
• Strong understanding of project delivery from structural works through to full fit out
• Track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with the Oxfordshire and Cotswolds high end residential market is desirable
