The Opportunities

• They have three opportunity for Site Managers to oversee ultra high spec residential projects. 
• All are single dwelling prime residential projects as below:
  
  
• St Johns Wood - Project at Finishing Stages (No.2 to a PM)
• St John's Wood - £10m Fit Out (Stage II) project (No.1 on site)
• Kensington - £13m Refurbishment project (No.1 on site)
  
• They are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic characters who can ensure optimal performance of the site team and subcontractors
• These is a great opportunities to lead high spec projects, within a nurturing team who offer their staff every opportunity for career development

Although they are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, candidates will need to be able to display career stability, and must have prime residential project experience.
