Resident Liaison Officer – South London

Are you a skilled and personable professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We are seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join my client's team on a 10+ year project with in South London, covering the Lewisham, Southwark, and Lambeth areas.

This role offers up to £34k per annum plus car allowance and an immediate start. You’ll be working on scattered external works across streets and blocks, including roof, window, and door replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring open and effective communication.

  • Attend site meetings, resident drop-ins, and coffee mornings.

  • Update trackers and maintain accurate records.

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Location: Ideally based in South London with a clean driving licence and own car.

  • Skills: Friendly, approachable, and reliable with strong communication skills.

  • Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively with a small team.

  • IT Proficiency: Computer literate, capable of updating trackers and handling administrative tasks.

  • Resident Focus: Understanding the importance of clear, respectful communication with residents.
