Business Development Manager – High-End Residential
London | Up to £60k + Commission
A well-established high-end residential main contractor is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of the business.
Operating as a privately owned SME with a turnover of around £20m, the company delivers bespoke new build and super-prime refurbishment projects across London, Surrey, and Hampshire. With succession planning already underway, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to contribute to the company’s next phase of expansion and build long-term client relationships.
You’ll work closely with the senior management team to strengthen existing relationships and develop new opportunities, targeting both negotiated and competitive tender projects within the high-end residential sector.
Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with key clients, architects, and consultants.

Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into secured work.

Support the tender and preconstruction process alongside estimating and delivery teams.

Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting.

Represent the company professionally within the luxury construction market.
Requirements:

Business development experience within high-end residential construction.

Strong network within London’s prime residential sector.

Confident communicator with good commercial awareness.

Motivated, personable, and able to work collaboratively within a small, dynamic business.
Salary & Package:
