The project:

Our client has been appointed as the Lead Contractor on a £50m new build further education college project near Harrow.

This project funded under the DFE's Education Improvement Programme entails reconfiguring the existing site and replacing 4 existing buildings with 4 new builds.

My client is seeking an Internals Finishing Manager who can work with finishing Trades, ensuring they can check/snag their own work.

You will be able to ensure a high quality finish has been met by carrying out snagging and managing the process to the highest standards.

The role will be client facing, working with the DfE Clerk of Works and managing them.

Essential requirements:

Must be proficient using Fieldview on a Tablet

School experience particularly with FFE installation and coordination

Contract:

To start immediately until March 26

Salary c£300 per day CIS DOE
