• My client are a family owned, 20 year established Main Contractor, successfully working for both public and private clients on new build, refurbishment and regeneration projects. 
  
  
• They successfully deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including Social Housing, education, health, Commercial, Residential, and are renowned specialists in the leisure sector.
  
  In line with planned expansion, they are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead their estimating division and help secure new projects and growth across their portfolios.
  
  The successful candidate will manage tenders, develop pricing strategies, and work closely with the commercial, bid, and delivery teams.
  You will be adept at ensuring accuracy and value -  collaboration at every stage.
  
  
• You will need to have come from a main-contractor background, with a passion for building and have excellent commercial acumen.
