A well-established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor is looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join their growing team working across void properties, planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.

The company works closely with housing providers and commercial clients, delivering high-quality works with fast turnaround times and strong attention to safety and compliance.

The Role

You will be carrying out a range of general property repairs and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties and residential maintenance programmes.

Work will include both internal and external repairs, ensuring properties are brought back to a high standard ready for occupation.

Typical Duties

• General multi-trade repairs and refurbishment works

• Void property preparation prior to re-letting

• Planned maintenance works across residential properties

• Carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling and general building tasks

• Working to schedules and completing jobs within required deadlines

• Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working as a Multi-Trade Operative

• Strong skills across several trades (carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling etc.)

• Experience working on property repairs, maintenance or refurbishments

• Good understanding of health & safety on site

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and professional approach to work

Desirable:

• Experience working on social housing contracts or void properties

• Full UK driving licence
