Privately owned, established construction main contractor who have more than doubled turnover year on year for the past 3 years.

The team are led by two affable and experienced directors who have forged a solid brand and happy workforce.

Their projects are typically single dwelling refurbishments from £700k to £3m in contract value. Their projects span Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park, and Fulham.

The Project Manager will have a varied and interesting role within the business.
You will be managing 2-3 live projects and will have involvement in programming and preconstruction, and will manage site managers on each project.
The position will be based in the office, with regular site visits and with some home working.

You role will be very client facing, dealing with HNW private clients and consultants/architects.
