They undertake a wide range of projects across, residential, commercial, education and cultural/heritage sectors. 

Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader Overview:

Our client is seeking a Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader to join their friendly team

• You will be based in their Romford office - 5 days a week Mon-Fri, hours 8-5pm
• You will be managing your own contract and overseeing a team of four administrators/schedulers who all work together in a friendly, non competitive environment
• Work ranges from a tap washer to c.£2k repairs
• You will have previous construction maintenance experience as a scheduler and proven Team Management ability

Duties:

• The Repairs Administrators each have their own contracts to manage - but you will also be leading and managing and driving the team 
• Liaising with clients and residents
• Booking appointments
• Managing diary for the supervisors/operatives
• Handling general queries from clients
• Invoicing
• This is a satisfying job role where in addition to leading a Team, you will also manage your own client contracts and will see jobs through from inception to completion

• Experience with construction admin is essential, maintenance/repairs admin experience would be ideal.
  Must also have proven Team Leader or Supervisor experience.
