My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor.

They have built an outstanding industry reputation on delivering first class construction packages within various sectors of industry including, High End Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Educational and Health.

HQ based in Buckinghamshire.

The Role - Senior Designer/Senior CAD Technician/ Facade Designer

Working closely with the Design Manager, you will:

• Lead design activities for façade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
• Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation using CAD and relevant design software.
• Provide technical support during installation and resolve design-related issues on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in façade design, particularly cladding and glazing systems.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and façade engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.

Hybrid working arrangements available (office, home, site)
