Senior Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential
Location: Central London (Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, The City)
Salary: £80,000 - £105,000 per annum + package

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction contractor specialising in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London.

Projects typically range in value from £10m to £40m, including Grade I and II listed properties, many of which are negotiated with their long standing clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing 2-3 concurrent projects, depending on size and complexity.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Working both on site (2-3 days per week) and from the office (remaining days).
• Collaborating closely with project teams to manage procurement, valuations, and cost reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the prime residential sector.
• Strong understanding of high value refurbishment and fit out projects.
• Experience of 2 stage projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
