My client, a highly respected and well-established main contractor, has been delivering prime residential projects across Central London for over 40 years. Specialising in the high-end alteration and refurbishment of luxury private homes, they are known for their exceptional standards, professional approach, and strong relationships with longstanding clients.
With a reputation for quality and integrity in the super-prime market, this contractor has grown steadily and sustainably, maintaining a loyal client base and a close-knit team culture. Their projects, typically located in areas such as Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Mayfair and Belgravia, involve complex structural alterations, basement excavations and full internal refurbishments, with contract values ranging up to £15m. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming projects in Central London. This is a key role within the business, offering real progression opportunities in line with the company’s future growth.
Key requirements:

Demonstrable experience managing high-end residential projects in Central London

Background in carpentry or another trade, with a strong technical understanding

Proven ability to manage complex refurbishment schemes, including structural work and basements

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
