A main contractor known for delivering prime residential refurbishments is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a £100m country home project in Surrey.

The successful candidate will be part of a large team with responsibility for the day-to-day management of trades, subcontractors, and site operations on a genuinely career defining project.

Key Responsibilities

• Mid level site manager - general 'boots on the ground' type of manager.
• Driving daily site activity and progress against programme
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Liaising closely with the Project Manager and client representatives

Requirements

• Experience managing luxury residential refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of ultra high end finishing standards
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
